We are seeking skilled and dedicated Legal Secretaries to join our clients dynamic teams across South Africa, who regularly have opportunities for entry-level, mid-level, and senior Legal Secretarial positions in various areas of law. We are recruiting across a broad range of legal specializations, including but not limited to: Conveyancing: Assisting with property transfers and deed registrations. Foreclosures: Preparing and managing documentation related to repossession and sale of properties. Vehicle Asset Finance (VAF): Supporting legal processes related to vehicle financing and asset recovery. Road Accident Fund (RAF): Assisting with claims and litigation related to road accidents. Debt Collection: Managing documentation and processes related to debt recovery. Litigation in various areas of law. Qualifications Matric. Any legal related qualification. Skills The successful candidate must have: Min 3 years of experience in a similar role. Strong oral and written communication skills (good grammar and spelling). Dictaphone typing skills.
