About the Role
Telebest is seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, senior management experience, and project management skills. They will be responsible for presenting designs and prototypes for business approval, ensuring the smooth delivery of all projects, enhancements, and support delivered by the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage department costs within budget and provide expenditure information for trade reviews
- Facilitate business partner engagements and lead meetings
- Design and build database schemas with integrity and scalability
- Apply security principles to all design and development work performed
- Lead people leadership and drive transformation initiatives
Requirements
- 8 years’ experience in software development
- 3 years of senior management experience
- 3 years of project management experience
- Degree in Information Technology Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce or similar
- 4 years of department management experience
- 5 years of application and implementation of the full development lifecycle
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in one of the mentioned fields
