• Design and develop electrical transmission systems, including high-voltage transmission lines, substations, and transformer stations.
• Perform detailed electrical load flow, short circuit analysis, and stability studies for power transmission and transformer systems.
• Develop specifications and standards for high-voltage equipment (e.g., circuit breakers, transformers, conductors).
• Lead the design, installation, and testing of 765kV transformers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Manage the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of transformer systems and related equipment.
• Oversee the operation and technical evaluation of transformer performance, ensuring optimal functionality
• Ensure seamless integration of transformers and transmission systems into existing infrastructure.
• Supervise the testing and commissioning of new transformer installations and 765kV transmission systems.
• Conduct detailed diagnostic testing and troubleshooting to resolve any issues with transformer systems and high-voltage transmission equipment.
• Minimum BEng in electrical engineering.
• The candidate needs to be registered with ECSA as an electrical engineer
