Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
- Oversee transaction processing, reconciliations, and financial controls to ensure operational efficiency.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions, ensuring smooth cash flow operations.
- Implement and enhance internal controls and compliance with industry regulations.
- Drive process improvements and automation to streamline financial operations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, auditors, and banking partners.
- Lead a high-performing team, ensuring continuous development and performance excellence.
Requirements:
- CA(SA), CIMA, or CFA qualification preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in financial operations within financial services.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, risk management, and operational finance best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or other financial systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
