Requirements:
Technical background with the ability to read and interpret floorplans and designs.
Experience in estimating, quoting, or costing in a technical or engineering environment.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and estimation software.
SAGE experience highly advantageous.
High attention to detail and accuracy in calculations.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
? Previous experience in a sales estimator, cost estimator, or similar role.
? Ability to analyze project specifications and determine material and labor costs.
? Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
? Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
? A proactive and deadline-driven approach to managing multiple quotations.
