ALL4ONE motor spares based in Gauteng is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join our team, responsible for selling motor spares to customers and contributing to the growth and success of our business.*Job Description:*- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to increase sales and revenue- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals and objectives- Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product launches to stay informed and educated on products and services*

Requirements:

*- 2+ years of sales experience in the motor spares industry or a related field- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories (advantageous)- Valid driver`s license and own vehicle (advantageous)- Grade 12
