Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of pricing models for short-term insurance products (e.g., car, home, travel insurance). Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and regulatory changes to ensure our pricing remains competitive and compliant. Manage actuarial pricing processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. Monitor and assess the performance of existing pricing models, recommending adjustments based on data-driven insights. Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on pricing strategies, profitability, and risk management. Mentor and support junior actuarial team members in developing their skills and expertise. What Were Looking For: A fully qualified actuary with significant experience in short-term insurance pricing. Strong technical proficiency in actuarial pricing techniques, risk analysis, and financial modeling. Proven ability to manage and lead teams, with excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience with actuarial software and statistical tools used in pricing and risk assessment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement. Apply now
