Job Summary

Minimum Requirements Grade 12 B-Degree in Business Administration (NQF Level 7) or equivalent qualification 3 7 years in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) within government, development, or creative industries. Skills & Knowledge: Strong communication & report writing skills MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Financial reporting experience Strategic planning & performance management expertise Abilities: Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines Strong decision-making & analytical thinking Ability to collaborate in a team environment Creativity & initiative in problem-solving Key Responsibilities Conduct research into best practices and policy development. Manage performance reporting, M&E, and draft annual reports. Support the finalization of the Strategic Plan & Annual Performance Plan (APP). Provide direction on performance management and compliance. Monitor and report on program performance against set indicators. Ensure governance and risk management best practices. Consolidate and submit reports to oversight bodies. Implement standardized management reporting frameworks .
