Qualifications & Experience: Formal qualification in IT/IS (e.g., BCom Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Science) is preferable. At least four years of broad technical experience, with extensive depth in one or more disciplines (preferably Microsoft technologies). At least one year of experience in solution analysis and architectural design. Knowledge & Skills: Proficiency in software development methodologies, such as Agile. Knowledge of the insurance industry. Strong facilitation skills. English language proficiency (written and spoken).
