Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback. Maintain training materials, manuals, and technical resources. Requirements: Qualified motorcycle technician with proven technical expertise. Strong background in motorcycle diagnostics, servicing, and repairs. Previous experience in training or mentoring technicians (advantageous). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and travel when required.
