Job Summary
Requirements:
– Matric qualification (mandatory) Diploma or Bachelor`s degree in a relevant field is advantageous At least 1 year of telesales experience within the Pharmaceutical industry Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical products and industry regulations is preferred Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a telesales or call center environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers effectively Proven negotiation and sales expertise with a results-driven approach Exceptional telephone communication skills with active listening abilities Ability to establish and nurture customer relationships in a remote setting Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
