Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program on all plant equipment Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with machinery and equipment Conduct routine inspections and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition Follow company safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment Maintain and update accurate maintenance records Work in close collaboration with production and engineering teams Excellent housekeeping in area of work Report back on all activities through the maintenance work order system Continuous improvements to tasks to ensure customer satisfaction Continuous improvement throughout the plant to improve productivity

Requirements:

Red Seal Millwright qualification (mandatory) At least 5 years` hands-on experience in a millwright role Strong experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Must be able to plan your own workflow and work independently Good command of English and Numerical literacy Supervisory experience Must be able to do fault finding, root cause analysis, and basic diagnostics Fundamental knowledge of Maintenance planning and scheduling Attention to detail Willing to work shifts, overtime when required and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
