About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Unit Manager to join our clients Paediatric Ward team at a leading healthcare facility in Johannesburg, South Africa. As a Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to their youngest patients while ensuring operational excellence, staff development, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Paediatric Ward operations
- Develop and implement unit policies and procedures
- Lead and motivate nursing staff to achieve unit goals
- Monitor patient care and quality outcomes
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Nursing
- Post basic qualification in Child Nursing Science / or Midwifery & Neonatology
- BCur Education and Administration
- SANC registered
- Minimum 3-5 years experience
