Duties include managing & overseeing : Sales Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and pre-owned sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross) as per shareholders and manufacturer requirements. Marketing Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for increased customer interaction. Leadership Create a team culture where customer experience and excellence is a focus. Motivate, lead, coach the sales team to exceed goals and targets. Customer Care Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care, Pre-Owned Stock Management Ensure best stock purchases based on accurate residual values to assist the new car department. Aged stock management. Performance Management – Coach team where necessary by providing constructive feedback and mutual productivity plans for effective performance. Continue to drive improvement in all aspects of the sales environment.
