Our client is a major services conglomerate based in Johannesburg West, a business operating at scale, pace and precision. With complex operations and multiple revenue streams, they need finance professionals who can think commercially, act decisively and keep reporting battle-ready at all times. This role is perfect for a newly qualified CA(SA) ready to flex both technical muscle and leadership potential. You’ll partner with operational teams, support decision-making and play a key role in keeping the finance function sharp, compliant, and forward-looking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Manage journals, reconciliations and balance sheet integrity
• Support audits, compliance and statutory reporting
• Partner with operations on cost control and profitability analysis
• Assist with process improvements and financial controls
• Provide leadership support to junior finance staff

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Newly Qualified CA(SA) or Eligible to Register
• Completed and signed-off SAICA articles
• Services industry exposure beneficial
• Strong MS Excel experience (advanced)
• SAP advantageous
• Strong personality, able to operate in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to engage across the business
