We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
· Manage incoming calls and correspondence
· Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
· Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
· Assist with preparation of reports and presentations
· Handle requests and queries promptly and professionally
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory
· Perform basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
Requirements:
-Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
-Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
-No experience needed.
