As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems used in mining operations. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and adherence to safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering / N6 Certificate / S4 or T3
• Trade Test Certificate as an Instrument Technician
• At least 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in the mining industry
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems used in mining operations
• Experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of instruments and control systems
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the mining industry
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
