Section Engineer needed in Kathu.Engineering Degree / DiplomaGCC Compliance Ticket (GCC Mining).National Senior Certificate.Valid Drivers License & Own Vehicle.All documents MUST be included with CV.Salary: R100 000 R160 0005 Years minimum working experience in a supervisory role in an open cast mining environment.Proven Experience with TMM/ Heavy Earthmoving Equipment (Yellow Machines).Machinery Experience include CAT RDTs, CAT Dozers, CAT Wheel Dozers, CAT Excavators, CAT Graders, CAT Face Shovels, CAT Loaders, CAT Lube Trucks, CAT Tyre Handlers, Bell ADTs, Bell Water Bowsers, Bell Graders & Komatsu PC2000 & PC1250, Produce a risk register for the engineering function with risk ratings.Comply with all safety regulations as set out in the mines policies.Initiate and monitor actions to comply with the company maintenance management policy.Prepare an annual maintenance budget and comply with it.Life cycle costing (LCC) should be put in place and monitored on a real time basis to ensure accurate forecasting of component replacement.Ensure the engineering workshop is equipped with tools and equipment to enable subordinates to work safely and maintain good engineering standards.Produce root cause failure analysis (RCFAs) for repetitive breakdowns and premature failures.Manage roles and responsibilities of subordinates.Define labour structure and ensure vacancies are filled within reasonable time.Pro-active management of conflict and disciplinary and grievance actions and monitor trends.Put in place a system to initiate and monitor on site suppliers and/or contractors.Able to work under pressure with strict deadlines.Well organised and system orientated.Must understand problem solving techniques and the application thereof.Proven leadership ability.Machines, Duties, Responsibilities & Reasons for Leaving at each Company MUST be listed on CV.Fluent in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills).No Criminal Record.Medically Fit.Send Full CV to *****@*****.co.za
