Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Implement and refine equipment maintenance strategies to align with production goals Act as the technical expert and first point of reference for best practices in Asset Health Monitoring Ensure online monitoring systems are maintained, reliable, and delivering accurate insights Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making Lead and mentor a team, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards Manage budget and cost control , identifying cost-saving opportunities Drive continuous improvement by staying updated on industry best practices Key
Requirements:
Bachelor`s Degree / BTech in Engineering (NQF7) 6-8 years of reliability engineering experience in mining assets (Plant) Proven expertise in condition monitoring principles and asset management Strong background in mining plants, heavy mobile equipment, and maintenance practices South African Drivers Licence Experience in leading teams within a complex, high-performance environment EE Disclaimer: All positions will be filled in accordance with the company`s Employment Equity plan.
