R15,000 per month Purpose of the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Distribution Clerk to accurately capture and maintain invoices on Syspro for goods sold to customers. The role also involves providing counter sales administrative support and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Key
Responsibilities:
?? Invoice Management: Maintain and process picking slips with proper approvals to generate invoices. Execute and hand over 3-part invoices for loading to checkers. Ensure timely filing of tax invoices and maintain the picking slip register. ?? Warehouse & Distribution Support: Verify and cross-check picking slips using status reports . Issue and manage picking slips for daily order fulfillment (road, value & speedy). Assist with daily route planning for deliveries. ?? Customer Service & Administration: Provide excellent customer service and build strong stakeholder relationships. Capture orders on Syspro and manage export documentation. Obtain and review Proof of Deliveries (PODs) , escalating any discrepancies.
Requirements:
? Education & Experience: Matric (Grade 12) is required. A National Diploma or Higher Certificate in Logistics/Transportation is preferred. 35 years of administrative and customer service experience (advantageous). Experience with Syspro for data capturing is a plus. ? Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel . Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work effectively in a warehouse/distribution environment .
