Job Summary
Ensure that callouts are opened and closed according to company standards:
- Open callouts on company Enterprise.
- Capture details of outlook accurately.
- Dispatch technician within SLA timeframes
- Log expected time of arrival of technician at outlet.
- Close callouts on company Enterprise.
- Analyse and close job cards processed on CallRunna.
- Check accuracy of flow meter readings.
- Check accuracy of glassware delivered, log reasons for non-delivery.
Ensure all weekly packs are closed and submitted accordingly:
- Capture and analysis of car stock counts.
- Check invoicing of stock.
- Invoice callout and travel charges.
- Capture stock data onto database.
- Capture and analyse technician KM claims.
- Analyse and close weekly reports.
Provide administrative support to the technicians for the vehicles:
- Conduct weekly car inspections.
- Responsible for all vehicles i.e booking of services, license disks etc.
Job Requirements:
- Relevant Qualification.
- Exposure within a client service environment.
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Data Capturer
- Intermediate proficiency in Ms. Office.
- Knowledge of capturing on a database would be beneficial.
