We’re Hiring: Financial Accountant (Kempton Park) Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. Prepare and submit tax returns (Income Tax, EMP201, EMP501, VAT201). Support compliance, payroll, and cost analysis activities. Monitor financial performance indicators and provide insights. Offer guidance to other departments on financial matters. Participate in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Conduct internal audits and identify areas for improvement. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred. Proven experience in financial accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
