Full payroll processing: Calculate and process employee wages, salaries, bonuses and deductions Legal compliance: Maintaining and updating employee payroll records, including salaries,benefits and leave balances to ensure they are current and accurate Monthly preparations and submission of MEIBC statutory returns Proven track record in HR administration Knowledge of Metal and Industries Bargaining Council Main Agreement Minimum requirements: HR Diploma or Similar qualification SAGE VIP Payroll (cloud based software) Skills Development experience would be an advantage EE experience would be an advantage MS Office Strong communication and interpersonal skills
