We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed -oriented junior lawyer with relavant legal experience, particularly in litigation as well as a strong focus on corporate and construction. the ideal candidate will provide legal support ,ensure compliance with applicable regulation and assist in managing dispute and negotiations. The position in based in Kempton Park. Job responsibility: Provide legal advice and quidance on corporate and construction related matters. Draft and review agreements and other legal document. Represent the company in litigation and dispute resolution processes in SA tribunals Cnduct legal research and stay updated on industry regulations. Assist with risk assessments and ensure compliace with corporate governance standards Collaborate with internal teams to support legal needs and business operations Education requirement: A Bachelor of laws(LLB) is required. A candidate must be an admitted attorney of the high court with at least three years of post articles experience. Job related requirements: Strong experience in litigation, corporate law and construction law. Sharp legal and strategic thinking skills. Proven experience in advisory process.
