Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor diaper manufacturing machines to ensure smooth productionSet up machines for production runs, including adjusting settings and calibrating equipmentLoad raw materials into machines and ensure continuous supply during operationsPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtimeMonitor output to ensure products meet quality standards and specificationsTroubleshoot machine issues and escalate complex problems to the maintenance teamMaintain accurate production logs and report any discrepancies or machine malfunctionsAdhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or production environmentFamiliarity with operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial machineryKnowledge of diaper manufacturing equipment or similar machinery is an advantageStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlinesBasic mechanical skills and an understanding of safety proceduresHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
