Business Advisory Analyst at Workers Holdings

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Business Advisory Analyst to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting and reconciliations, while contributing to the effectiveness of the broader finance team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is system-driven, comfortable working independently, and confident in working with financial data, reporting tools, and occasional client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recurring deadlines and multiple clients independently
• Provide decision-useful insights from analysis of financial data
• Act as the key link between the accounting and advisory teams
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy in all work performed
• Develop and implement processes to improve financial reporting and reconciliations

Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills with experience in Xero, Fathom, or Syft
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Relevant B Com degree in Accounting or Management Accounting
• Completed Articles (SAICA, SAIPA, or CIMA)
• Experience in using Xero and Excel (advanced level) is preferred
• Relevant commercial accounting experience in a similar environment (preferably post articles)

Salary & Benefits

R28 000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience
