About the Role
Europcar Van Rental is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Specialist Client Liaison to join our team in Kimberley. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Make, amend, cancel and monitor reservations as required.
- Provide excellent customer service, effectively assisting with customer queries and resolving issues within 48 hours.
- Develop and maintain constructive relationships with all clients (internal and external) and suppliers.
- Capture fuel, VRVs, non-revs etc., follow up on overdue rentals, scan, partial billing, claims reports and update claims information for recovery of rental-related claims.
- Ensure the security and quality control of vehicles and other company property.
- Handle complaints, requests and queries by customer within a 48-hour period.
- Maintain product knowledge of vehicles and all features to ensure that customer requirements are met.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Preferred 5 years of relevant customer service experience within Car Rental environment.
- NQF level 4 qualification (Grade 12, or similar).
- Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
- Code 8 drivers license is minimum; Code 10 drivers license is preferred.
- Computer literate with intermediate skills in MS Word and MS Excel.
Qualifications
- Completed Grade 12 (or equivalent) education.
