Job Summary
Hire Resolve`s client is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join their esteemed healthcare team in Kimberly, NC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to contribute to delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and monitor patient reactions and progress.
- Assist in medical procedures, ensuring optimal use of clinical technology.
- Record and maintain accurate patient health information and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide cohesive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment options and health management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse qualification with valid SANC registration.
- Clinical Technologist credentials are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in the nursing field, preferably in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Strong understanding of clinical procedures and medical equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends as necessary.
