Position Summary:A professionally trained and certified officer responsible for executing all frontline security operations including patrols, access control, incident identification, and armed response, with strict adherence to company and client SOPs.Roles & Responsibilities:Perform parade attendance, patrols, and daily inspections.Enforce access control procedures: verify personnel, vehicles, and visitors.Monitor and report on hazards, suspicious activity, and security breaches.Prepare and submit daily incident reports and update the occurrence book.Respond to incidents using first aid and firefighting techniques as required.Operate and handle a firearm professionally in line with legal and company standards.Ensure proper signing in/out of firearms and secure firearm storage.Adhere to site-specific security operations procedures.Maintain professional conduct with a strong focus on client orientation.Report to the Security Supervisor or Site Manager on all operational issues.Minimum Qualifications & Certifications:PSIRA Grade B (minimum) Valid and up to date.Firearm Competency Certificate + Firearm License (for business purposes).Valid First Aid Level 1 Certificate.Valid Firefighting Training Certificate.Valid Drivers License.Dog Handle dog handling.Strong knowledge of:Hazard IdentificationIncident ReportingAccess Control SystemsSecurity SOPs and proceduresMust have a clear criminal record and high integrity.
