Tax Specialist Knysna, WCR 10 000 – R 20 000Our client, a family-oriented, medium-sized accounting firm renowned for providing a comprehensive suite of financial services to a diverse client base, is currently seeking a dynamic Tax Specialist to join their team in Knysna. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the tax team, working under the guidance of the tax manager and tax administrator.RequirementsMatric certificationOwn vehicle and drivers licenseA financial background would be a great advantage Previous experience in tax and accounting beneficial but not requiredAccounting or tax qualification beneficial but not requiredStrong interpersonal, communication, and numeracy skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesResponsibilitiesPreparation of income tax returns (for individuals, companies, trusts)Assist with tax administrationPreparation of tax calculationsPreparation of VAT and EMP201 returnsProvide assistance with SARS objections/disputes/verificationsTax Clearance applicationsSARS follow-ups and attending SARS appointmentsDealing with clients and client queriesTo apply for this position, please submit your CV to Protea Placements
