Pezula Nature Retreat is a luxurious haven located in Knysna, South Africa. It is known for its pristine landscapes, indigenous forests, and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. Pezula Nature Retreat is looking for a Trade Sales Manager to join their exceptional team. In this role, youll be at the forefront of fostering meaningful relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients to drive growth and promote our luxury hotel. Your primary focus will be on generating sales, coordinating promotional initiatives, and ensuring our partners are informed, engaged, and excited about what we have to offer. From managing inquiries to supporting key accounts, youll be the friendly, knowledgeable resource that clients rely on to tailor their experience and achieve mutually rewarding outcomes. Your mission? To cultivate strong connections, provide top-notch service, and deliver value that goes beyond expectations, leaving a lasting impression that encourages future partnerships.
What Is Required:
As a Trade Sales Manager you will support the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with trade partners, and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Minimum
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Hospitality diploma / experience
- Working knowledge of Opera
- Computer literate
- Familiar with the duties and procedures of the Front Office Department
