About the Role
The Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a Learning Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering training programs to support the development of our employees. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resource management, experience working in an HR administrative role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based management systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects and deliver training programs to support employee development
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training plans
- Design and implement training materials using various mediums
- Facilitate training sessions and provide coaching to employees
- Maintain records of training participants and track progress
- Develop and update training programs to meet changing organizational needs
Requirements
* Grade 12 / Standard 10 Diploma in Human Resource Management
* Experience in an HR administrative role will be an advantage
* 5 years relevant training experience in the mining industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as web-based management systems
Qualifications
* Completed Grade 12 / Standard 10 Diploma in Human Resource Management
