Job Duties: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities Conduct cost analysis and estimates for mining projects Manage project budgets and track costs throughout the project lifecycle Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders Education: Bachelor of Science: Honours in Quantity Surveying Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in quantity surveying Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Excellent numerical and analytical skills Proficiency in relevant software applications such as MS Excel and quantity surveying tools Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and negotiation skills
