Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking candidates for a Game Reserve role on behalf of a prestigious luxury travel company based in the Kalahari. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a passionate individual who thrives in remote environments and is eager to contribute to the ongoing success of a high-end reserve experience.

Key Requirements:
-
Valid Drivers License (essential)
-
Proven experience in game reserve operations or a similar field
-
Strong knowledge of reserve management, wildlife, and conservation practices
-
Physically fit and capable of working in a remote, outdoor environment
-
Proactive, responsible, and committed to conservation and sustainability
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities May Include:
-
Daily reserve operations and general upkeep
-
Monitoring wildlife and assisting with conservation initiatives
-
Maintenance of infrastructure including fences, roads, and water systems
-
Assisting with guest-related conservation experiences when required
-
Collaborating with anti-poaching units and ecological teams
-
Reporting and documentation of reserve activities
