Key

• Provide outstanding food and beverage service during all meals and events

• Prepare dining areas before each service, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and presentation

• Deliver orders promptly and accurately, ensuring guest satisfaction at every point

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor, anticipating guest needs

• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service delivery

• Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times

• Assist with inventory and restocking of dining areas as needed

• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Well-groomed, professional appearance

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Team player with a service-oriented attitude

• Willingness to live and work in a remote environment

• Fluency in English

Package Includes:

• Monthly salary: R5,500 R6,500 (negotiable depending on experience)

• Live-in position with accommodation provided

• All meals provided while on duty

• Uniform and laundry service
