These services support the development of office buildings, retail facilities, warehouses, factories, and large-scale industrial operations. Job Description The Professional Senior Architectural Technologist will be responsible for delivering projects across Stages 1 to 6, with a focus on Schools, Commercial, and Industrial developments. The role requires strong technical proficiency, coordination capability, and full compliance with regulatory standards. The position includes the preparation and submission of building plans to various municipalities, as well as the development of comprehensive project portfolios. Reporting to the Managing Director You will be required to: Participate in and deliver work across project stages 16. Prepare and submit building plans for Schools, Commercial, and Industrial projects. Compile, manage, and submit project portfolios. Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations, SANS standards, and Municipal by-laws. Conduct site visits as required. Maintain CPD compliance and professional standards. Qualifications Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent. Must be registered as a Professional Senior Architectural Technologist with SACAP Skills Minimum 5 years post-registration experience as a Professional Senior Architectural Technologist. Advanced skills in Revit and AutoCAD (non-negotiable). Drivers License: Valid and required for site travel.
