We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with bookkeeping experience, ideally familiar with Xero Books. If you are passionate about organization and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! This on-site role requires your presence during normal office hours (Mon-Fri, 8 am – 5 pm). Candidates must reside in Ladismith or the surrounding area or be willing to relocate at their own expense.RequirementsPrevious administrative experience, ideally with a background in financeFamiliarity with Xero Books is a plus but not a dealbreaker!Reliable own transport, valid drivers license, cell phone, and laptop (preferred)Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and growDutiesOversee clerical tasks and efficiently manage email correspondencePrepare and provide quotes, print invoices, and ensure meticulous filing systemsMaintain and organize event files, helping to create memorable experiences for guestsWelcome visitors to the farm with a warm and friendly demeanorAnswer phone calls and provide information about our servicesSchedule meetings, take minutes, and assist in c
