Our client, an upcoming and ambitious business based in Ladybrand, is seeking a Junior Human Resource Officer with a tough yet fair personality to join their team. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is confident in handling HR matters with professionalism, integrity, and balanced judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes

• Ensure company policies and procedures are upheld and fairly applied

• Support performance management and disciplinary processes

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

• Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters

• Assist with payroll preparation and leave administration

Minimum Requirements:

• HR qualification or relevant tertiary education

• 12 years HR experience (junior level)

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to remain impartial and professional in conflict situations

• Proficient in MS Office Suite

• Resilient personality with the ability to balance firmness and fairness
