About the Role
The Staff Connection is seeking a skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Lanseria. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for our visitors. Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs
- Managing reservations, confirmations, and guest enquiries
- Handling telephone, email, and walk-in queries professionally
- Coordinating with housekeeping and management to ensure smooth operations
- Maintaining accurate guest records and handling payments
- Resolving guest concerns with care and efficiency
Requirements
- Local citizen
- Hospitality diploma
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and warm, approachable manner
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- PMS experience – Apex advantageous
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
