is recruiting an experienced and motivated to oversee a luxury 5* Safari Lodge in the Greater Kruger. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated couple with complementary skills and a shared passion for both hospitality and the African bush. The role requires a dynamic partnership that can combine strong operational knowledge with excellent guest hosting, administrative, and people management capabilities. Together, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of lodge operations at the highest level – from delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining world-class service standards, to leading and motivating staff, managing budgets, and ensuring the smooth running of a luxury safari lodge in a remote setting. It is ideally suited to a couple who thrive in a hands-on environment, work well under pressure, and find fulfilment in creating unforgettable safari experiences for discerning guests. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ combined management experience in a luxury safari lodge environment Strong joint leadership and the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively Hands-on operational knowledge across all lodge departments, including F&B, hosting, guest relations, housekeeping, administration, and maintenance Exceptional guest service delivery and attention to detail Excellent communication and professional presentation, with strong hosting skills Financial and budget management, procurement, and cost control experience Ability to adapt, multitask, and solve challenges in a remote bush environment Knowledge and passion for food, wine, and fine dining service Previous experience with labour relations and trade unions advantageous Valid Driver’s Licence for both applicants preferred Stable employment history with contactable references Start – ASAP Salary – Highly Negotiable Benefits – Live-in Accommodation | Provident Fund I Meals on Duty Nationality – Only open to South African Citizens ➡️PLEASE NOTE – Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
