Job Summary
Employer Description Resort situated in Bela Bela Job Description Be involved in equal employment opportunities planning. Design the job descriptions and advertise for the staff. Input Interview and select staff. Advise on wage and salary levels. Talk to staff about personal or work problems. Advise and support management on staff issues. Mediate in the workplace disputes. Assist -Plan and Organize staff training. Responsible for the Human Resources information system. Involved in long-term strategic HR planning and policy. Assist in compliances with Health & Safety regulations. Human Resources planning and Policy. Preparation of new appointments. Keep staff records up to date Updating of personnel files. Employees benefits admin: Pension / Provident fund / Medical scheme / UIF / leave benefits Termination, Retirements, Deaths, Funeral, disability claims etc. Responsible for Payroll (Pay Day) system. Liaise with external and internal customers. Attend to and handle customer complaints. Advisory role in personnel & salary inquiries by the staff. Assist HODs with IR matters. Updating of the job descriptions in consultation with HODs. Advisory / observer role in disciplinary cases. Sending response to job applicants. Advisory role at CCMA with the initiator. Assisting HODs with recruitment of new staff & conducting interviews. Ad hoc administration duties, photocopies, E-mails & filing. Responsible for the Staff and Family ID Cards Telephone queries regarding staff members: work confirmation etc. Compile / Prepare GMs monthly HR report Induction course for the new appointed staff. Perform any other reasonable duties as delegated by the Deputy / General Manager Qualifications Grade 12. Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management. Three year Tertiary Qualification. Skills Computer knowledge, excel, word, MS office, Payday Extensive experience in Human Resources environment preferably in a hospitality environment Extensive experience HR Administration Vehicle and license Benefits Housing, medical aid, provident fund
