Candidate Requirements:

• Hospitality qualification or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in lodge or boutique hotel management, ideally in Big Five reserves.
• Strong F&B background, including menu planning and service standards.
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent financial acumen and experience with budgets and reporting.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and lodge management software.
• Passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest engagement.
• Excellent communication skills, and strong computer literacy.

This is a live-in position.
