Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Pre-Owned Sales Manager within a franchised dealership.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a successful sales team.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of financial structuring and F&I processes.
• Valid driver’s licence and clear criminal record.
