Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all workshop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to service schedules
- Lead, coach, and mentor technicians and service staff to optimise performance and productivity
- Monitor job quality, timelines, and adherence to safety standards
- Ensure effective allocation of work, prioritisation of tasks, and timely completion of repairs and maintenance
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service delivery
- Implement and enforce workshop procedures, compliance, and operational standards
- Manage spare parts usage and inventory in collaboration with parts department
- Oversee service reporting, KPI tracking, and daily operational updates
- Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with dealership management to improve workshop efficiency, profitability, and service offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Service Foreman or Workshop Supervisor in a multi-brand or dealership environment
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills
- Valid driver’s license
