Job Summary

Duties:
- Administration & Documentation: Ensure adherence to procedures and contribute to monthly reports; manage and verify redline drawings.
- Commissioning & Contractor Management: Coordinate construction activities, follow the commissioning sequence, and assist with engineering sign-offs.
- Cost & Schedule Management: Help Project Managers stay within budget, verify construction activities, and maintain project communication protocols.
- Risk & Quality Control: Identify and mitigate risks, ensure document control, and focus on delivering quality within project timelines.
- People & Safety Management: Manage personnel, oversee SHE inspections, and ensure smooth contractor workforce relations.
Requirements for this role:
- National Diploma: Civil
- Trade: Artisan – Civil or Relevant (MQA/QCTO accredited)
- 5 years of experience in project construction exposure (Project size dependent)
