Responsibilities:

Oversee daily construction operations within a designated area, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines Manage all daily task-specific permits within your area Lead and motivate construction crews, maintaining high productivity and safety standards Monitor work progress to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations Coordinate with project managers and other supervisors to meet construction deadlines Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations Identify and address potential hazards or issues on site Ensure availability and proper allocation of materials, equipment, and personnel Maintain clear communication with project managers and other supervisors about progress, challenges, and material requirements Keep detailed documentation and reports on daily activities, resource usage, and any incidents Review contractors` daily diaries and ensure approval from relevant site managers Provide training and mentorship to construction personnel, enforcing safety protocols and standards Implement Quality Control Procedures (QCPs) Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and recognize good performance Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of construction equipment and tools Promote a positive and collaborative work environment within the construction team Note: If you do not receive a response within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
