Requirements: National Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years experience in an HR Officer or HR Generalist role, preferably within agriculture or manufacturing. Strong knowledge of HR compliance, policies, and labour legislation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well under pressure. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
