JD Specialized Recruitment are currently partnering with an intimate 5* Lodge in Madikwe, to recruit an energetic and dynamic MANAGEMENT COUPLE to join their team. This role is ideal for an outgoing and guest centric Lodge Management Couple with experience managing the FOH & BOH day to day operational requirements of a small luxury lodge. Passionate about providing a personalised guest experience and staff development. Lodge Manager At least 5 years’ experience managing the day-to-day operational requirements of an exclusive Lodge or Camp. Excellent hosting skills with outgoing personality. Good administration skills and HR experience. Understanding of FOH, guest relations, human resources and BOH procedures. PAN knowledge is essential and strong computer literacy skills (MS Office Suite) Sound employment history with contactable references Drivers licence and own transport Field Guide At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a similar bush Lodge FGASA Level 1 essential and completed Lead Trails would be advantageous First Aid Level 1 Guest centric, with the experience to ensure the guiding team provides a personalized and memorable experience for each guest. Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills. Basic HR knowledge and fluent in English. Drivers Licence and own transport. Stable employment history with contractable references. Start Date: ASAP Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
