? ?? ??????????? ??????????? is currently assisting a prestigious 5-star safari lodge in recruiting a professional and well-organized ???????????? / ????? ?? ????? / ????? individual to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys combining guest interaction with strong administrative and organizational responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all reservations and front-of-house functions while assisting with the daily administration of the lodge. The role calls for someone with great attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of service to ensure a seamless guest experience from booking to departure. Key Responsibilities Handle all reservations efficiently, including guest communications, booking confirmations, and payments. Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest satisfaction. Host guests and agents professionally, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a timely manner. Assist with general lodge administration and reporting. Conduct room checks and support the housekeeping department to uphold quality standards. Manage curio shop sales and perform monthly stock takes. Maintain accurate records and ensure efficient coordination between departments. Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily lodge operations. Requirements Minimum 2 years experience in a hospitality environment with exposure to Front Office and Reservations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong administrative and organizational abilities with attention to detail. Fluent command of English (written and spoken). Experience with PANHospitality reservations and accounting system highly advantageous. Trustworthy, reliable, and presentable individual with a proactive work ethic. Must be a team player who can work independently when needed. Own transport essential. Willingness to work flexible hours and live in a remote environment. Package Salary: R11 000 R14 000 per month (depending on experience) Accommodation: One-bedroom house (no dependents or pets) Meals and uniform provided Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off Benefits: Annual leave, medical aid (after 3 months), provident fund (after 3 months), UIF contribution PLEASE NOTE Although we appreciate all applications, we will only reply to those candidates who meet our clients specific requirements.
