Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Senior Management Couple for a renowned luxury game reserve located in the North West province. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic duo with strong leadership capabilities, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering five-star guest experiences.

Package Includes:

• Live-in accommodation

• 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in senior roles at 5-star properties

• Drivers licence (both individuals)

• Own transport essential

• Ability to manage a team and delegate effectively

• Independent, self-driven and proactive work ethic

• Strong interpersonal skills with confident, outgoing personalities

• Must be comfortable entertaining guests and representing the brand

Key Requirements Him:

• FGASA Level 1 minimum (Level 2 preferred) all guiding qualifications current and paid

• Full Trails Guide (advantageous but not essential)

• First Aid Level 1

• Strong general and vehicle maintenance skills

• Strong hosting ability

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Basic HR knowledge

• Proficient in PAN system (essential)

• Computer literate MS Office proficient
